Dr. Weiss is a Professor of Radiology, Neuroradiology Section & Chief of Neuro MRI, at the University of Cincinnati.  He graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 1977.  In 1981, Dr. Weiss graduated The University of Michigan School of Medicine. Following his internship at The University of Michigan, Dr. Weiss moved to Palo Alto, California where he completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Weiss is fellowship trained in both MRI and Neuroradiology at the Ohio State University Hospitals and The Medical College of Georgia respectively.  Dr. Weiss is a diplomat of the American Board of Radiology (ABR) and maintains ABR certification of added qualifications (CAQ) in Neuroradiology.  His clinical specialty is limited to neuroradiology.  Dr. Weiss has authored over 40 peer-reviewed original research papers to include 18 first author and 8 senior author/mentor publications.  He holds multiple US Patents and copyrights including auto-prescribed and numbered ASSIST MRI technology.  Dr. Weiss is the liaison to the University of Cincinnati Medical School Summer Research Program and the Department of Radiology.
